Thanks for your continued work to promote the Dietetics profession and the role of a Registered Dietician! Join us for networking activites at the Winter Social in December 2009 and Annual Spring Meeting in May 2010.
Together everyone achieves more. As we hear news of a soft economy, slow growth, corporate cutbacks, we can continue our work of excellence by networking together across Alaska's communities & areas of professional expertise. I encourage all members of AKDA to reach out to other members in your areas and get to know them, find out what you have in common.
Reach out to non-members and encourage them join us help make the Alaska population a healthy one. I will be sending out emails periodically, asking for volunteers at various health fairs, community events, and outreach opportunities. Please join us! Any amount of time will be greatly appreciated. I look forward to answering any and all of your questions and hope I can be of service to you.
